Amber Polisher

Amber joined the Massachusetts AFL-CIO in 2025 as the Workforce Development Specialist. Previously, Amber spent 18 years working in Education and Training with Job Corps. She is passionate about educating and empowering the future workforce and has dedicated her career to supporting youth in developing the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to succeed. 

Amber holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Framingham State University. In her free time, she loves being her family's biggest fan-- whether in the stands at a game or spending time together at home.
